As a job seeker, there are many advantages that a temporary to permanent contract brings over a temporary contract. When you are a permanent employee, your contract does not end on a specific date.
If you’re looking for flexible work, our app is a one-stop platform and community where workers can connect with companies to find flexible, shift-based work locally. Our app offers a unique environment for zero-hour contracts, seasonal work and temporary to permanent work with a good rate of pay.

In order to be verified and approved to find work in the Infinity Bravo App, you had to download the App, sign up, register, log in, insert your photo, and complete both your profile and settings.
You need to complete every part of the form, so we can review and approve your profile.
You must complete all sections of your profile by inserting all the required documents, such as your photo, your right to work in the UK, your qualification/diplomas, your security check (CRB), NI number, where required.
Click the settings button in the top right corner of your phone to fill in your account, and your bank details, and use the share link to share the App with your friends.
Once your profile is completed, we will vet you, and we approve it if possible, you can apply for jobs with just one click.
We have very competitive hourly pay rates in the UK and are committed to gradually improving them.
The Infinity Bravo App allows candidates to access jobs that are not advertised on the net.

We have developed this app to find short or long-term temporary and seasonal workers for businesses in England and Wales.
Our App aims to help companies find local workers for their temporary, seasonal, and even permanent employment.
Our App provides a unique environment for zero-hour contracts and seasonal work for businesses. In this regard, it was designed to connect companies with their potential employees.
Companies have two registration methods
In order to gain access to this platform, companies must register and log in to upload their job vacancies for job seekers to apply.
Companies can register into the App using one of the two registration methods. Business owners can register themselves, or the App Admin can register businesses upon their request
We’ve enabled the subdomain with www.app.infinitybravoservice.co.uk, from which companies will be able to log in to their own panels.
1. The App admin can register companies upon their request
The administrator will be able to create an account for each company that wishes to work with us. Companies can make their request by writing to us at support@infinitybravoservice.com
In this email, companies will provide us with the following information:
- The first and last name of the person in charge of your temporary workers.
- Email-address.
- The contact number
- Company Logo
- Brief information about the company
After the registration, we will contact the companies to discuss the quotation and its terms and conditions. After mutual agreement, companies can now log in to the App using this link- https://app.infinitybravoservice.com/
Finally, companies will be able to upload their job description into the App for workers to view and apply.
2. Business owners can register themselves
Companies are able to use the links below to register their businesses. Our administration will contact them to discuss the quotation and its terms and conditions. We will provide you with a draft proposal if you need a quote for any of our services. Our rates are highly dependent on the service you request, the city, and the zone.
Here is a process by which companies will be able to register on the platform/App.
2a – Company will fill out the form and register itself with Infinity Bravo.

You can also click on “Book A Demo” to register your company and the administration will contact you immediately for the next step
2b – The company account will be approved by the admin
Admin will receive an email about a new company registration request with all the information the company has entered.
If the registration request is accepted by the admin, then the company will receive an approval email: “You are successfully registered”. The company can now log in as soon as possible to their account.
3. The Company will access the login URL to login into their panel
After filling out the form, registering, and submitting it, the company must now go back to log in.

After login, companies can call or email us for a free quote at support@infinitybravoservice.com
After mutual agreement, companies will be able to upload their job description into the App for workers to view and apply.
4. If the registration request is rejected by the admin, then the company will receive an email stating that their request is rejected.

As you’ll probably already be aware, the Living Wage increases on 1st April 2023 from £9.50 to £10.42. This will therefore mean that the minimum posting rates change on the IBservice platform. You can see an example of the new model below:

How to approve timesheets
After your workers have successfully completed their shifts, the last step for you will be to approve their Timesheets.
Every Monday, your company must approve each worker’s timesheets for the last week working at your site, including the number of hours and rate of pay. Timesheets will not include commissions. Timesheets will be sent to us every Monday before 4 p.m. by email or via our “Infinity Bravo” platform.
There are a couple of ways you can go about this:
Timesheet Auto-Approval
The easiest will be using Timesheet Auto-Approval. By default, all Timesheets are auto-approved every Monday at 5pm for the previous Monday-Sunday. They are auto-approved for the shift times you posted, not their clock in times.
If the worker has not clocked in or out, their timesheet will not be auto-approved.
Ex. You post a shift for 7:00 – 19:00. The worker clocks in 6:45 – 19:00. They will be auto-approved for 7:00 – 19:00.
Manual Timesheet Approval
If you would like to amend a timesheet or approve it prior to Monday at 5pm, you can do so via Manual Timesheet Approval.
Simply click the times under Amend Clock In/Out to type in the amended times. Once this is done, you can click Approve and the Timesheet will be updated.

Invoices
Our monthly work begins on the 24th of each month until the 25th of the following month and so on.
We send the invoice to our customers every 25th of every month. Customers will have up to 5 business days to pay the amount shown on the invoice to the company’s trading account provided to them by courier. The invoice will include the number of hours worked by each or all workers, the hourly rate of pay, and our agreed total commissions.
Other Factors
V.A.T will be applicable and you will see this in the invoices
Specific agreement/offer: The higher your demand for a security guard per day on your site, the lower our commission.
