Shifts Cancellation

Cancellations disrupt our workers’ plans and impact Infinity Bravo Service Ltd’s trust. For this reason, we apply the cancellation policy below:

• Businesses can cancel a shift(s) at any time on the Infinity Bravo Service Ltd web platform.

• Cancellation of an approved shift within 24 hours of its start time will result in an additional 50% fee, payable to the approved worker(s).

• There is no charge for canceling shifts once you have approved a worker (for one or more shifts and one or more workers) with MORE than 7 hours’ notice.

• Cancellation of an approved shift(s) within 72 hours of its start time will incur a 12.5% charge.

• If you indicate that the worker(s) are unsatisfactory once on site, the fee may be waived at the discretion of the Infinity Bravo Service Ltd Admin Manager.
