Temporary to Permanent
Our temporary-to-permanent service is essentially a temporary contract with a view to changing to permanent after a certain period of time. This allows the employer and employee to see if they are compatible before making a long-term commitment.
Three months is the time we can grant a candidate to be a temporary worker before being established by the company. This gives you time to settle into the company before accepting a permanent contract, on the other hand, it gives the company time to assess the worker before making the hiring decision.
